Today for#inktoberday13 it is time to showcase #mrpopo one of the many teachers that #goku has had through the years and various series. His design was based on the Japanese assimilation of old and highly offensive by today’s standards’ caricatures. That said making him all blue as it was done for American audiences probably was not a good solution either. Oddly enough he was voiced with an stereotypical Arabic accent in the Latin Dub, and by far he is the breakout star of #dragonballabridged.
